Jenny's Chicken Salad Jenny's Chicken Salad
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Boiled and shredded.
    1 Cup Dried Cranberries (I used Hannaford Brand "Nature's Place" All Natural.
    Mayo (I would have used lite if I had it)
    Ken's Honey Mustard Dressing
    1/2 Red Onion

Tips

You can make this substantially healthier by using lite mayo and lite dressing, I simply did not have them when I was making it this time.

You can also season your chicken breast with salt and pepper if you wish.


Directions

Boil the chicken and shred it,
Mix in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients, Put on bread and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes enough for 6-8 Sandwiches.
