Ingredients

    200g brown rice flour
    150g sorghum flour
    200g potato starch
    250g white rice flour
    100g arrowroot powder
    100g cornstarch

Directions

Weigh carefully and mix all ingredients together. Substitute 180g mix + 1 teaspoon guar gum for 1 cup flour in your favorite baking recipes.

Serving Size: Makes 1000 g, equivalent to 5.55 cups
