Crab meat - Canned (Chicken of the Sea), 4 serving (remove)
Butter, unsalted, .5 stick (remove)
*Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, .3333 cup (remove)
Kraft Parmesan Cheese (2 tsp serving), 8 serving (remove)
Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)
*Baked yam - 1 cup, 6 cup (remove)
Directions
Baked the Sweet Potatoes until almost done. Then remove and cut in half. Scoop of the middle and create a "boat" for the stuffing.
Melt butter, scallions and seasonings on small pan.
open crab meat cans and combine with butter and scallions.
take plastic bag, add all other dry ingredients including the Parmesan cheese, and shake well.
add the crab stuffing to the dry ingredients and mix together in the bag. add the eggs (loosely beat), and make a stuffing mixture...
add stuffing the sweet potatoes boats, and put back in the oven, bake about another 15 minutes...
