Introduction

Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 2 cup, mashed
    Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, 1 cup
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup(
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2 cups
    Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp(
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    Walnuts, 2 cup, chopped
    *(Great Value) 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray, 1 serving


Tips

This actually makes 12 extra large muffins as I used large muffin pan.


Directions

mix banana, applesause, splenda, egg whites, together. Add remaining dry ingredients, then fold in the walnuts. Spray large muffin pans with olive oil spray and bake 350 for 45-50 minutes.
