Introduction

My own recipe that I made up by putting ingredients together that I loke. My own recipe that I made up by putting ingredients together that I loke.

Ingredients

    Tenderized round steak - I used 8 individually frozen steaks we got from our butcher so I guessed they were 3 oz each
    8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 lg red pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

Cooking time can be reduced by using fresh cut meat or pre-thawing. Also, you can place all ingredients in crock pot and cook for several hours.
My method: Place frozen steak in covered baker. Cook approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Re-arrange pieces and add seasoning to your desire; cover and cook an additional hour. Re-arrange and add remaining ingredients. Cook additional hour to hour and a half, uncovered. Cooking time varies by how well you like your steak to be done. You don't have to cover but make sure that there is plenty of liquid so that meat is tender.

Serving Size: Make 8 - 3 oz. pieces
