Introduction

Ingredients

    Foster Farm whole young chicken (a cut up package saves time)
    1/2 tbsp dried thyme
    Black pepper 2 tsp
    2tsp paprika
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
    6 tsp knorr chicken boullion
    1 tbsp parsley
    1 clove garlic
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1-2 cups water.

Directions

Wash and clean the chicken and cut it up into how many pieces you want. I usally cut it up in 12 pieces.
Season meat with all dried seasonings. Rub the pieces well so that the seasonings is well distibuted.
Heat oil in a skillet and saute onions ,bell pepper and chopped garlic.
Add chicken pieces (reserve remaining chicken seasoning) and brown on each side.
Add water and seasoning then simmer for15 min. or until desired gravy is acquired. Serve with hot riceand beans and Tina's potao salad.
