Ingredients

1/2 Cup Cooked Goya Brown Rice
1/2 Cup Cooked Garlic and Herb Lentils
2 TBSP Guacamole - Basic Guacamole Recipe (Avocado, Lemon Juice, Chilli Powder and Sodium Free Spices)
1 Cup Iceberg Lettuce shredded or chopped
6 Grape Tomatoes Cut (Approx 1.5 oz)
1/2 Cup Salsa
4 Tbsp Daisy Fat Free Sour Cream
2 Ole Extreme Wellness Tomato Basil Tortillas
Tips
Can add other toppings if desired...
Diced Onions, Sliced Black or Green Olives, Cheese...be sure to add in calories for additions for exact values consuming.
Directions
Precook Lentils and Brown Rice per package instructions.
Mix 1.2 Cup Cooked Lentils with 1/2 Cup Cooked Brown Rice.
Then warm wraps if desired, add lentil rice mixture, then top with lettuce, then tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream and salsa. Wrap up and enjoy!
