Ingredients

1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp. Ruth's Hemp Protein Powder
2/3 tsp. Ester-C Vitamin C Powder
1 Tblsp. Organic Milled Flax Seed
1/2 of a banana, cut into pieces & frozen
1/2 cup (hand full) frozen whole strawberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 tsp. Organic Flax Oil
Option: 1 Tsp honey
Directions
Place almond milk & yogurt in blender. Add protein powder, flax seed, vitamin c powder & flax oil. Add strawberries, banana's, and blueberries and blend until smooth adding more milk if necessary. Any other frozen fruit can be added.
