Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/4 cup of old fashioned rolled oats
    2 T. of almond flour
    1 T. of ground flax seed
    1 T. of honey or agave nectar
    1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
    2 T. of almond butter
    2 T. of dark chocolate chips (smaller chips are better)
    2 T. of chopped dried cherries

Directions

1. Combine oats, almond flour, and flax seed in a small bowl.
2. In another bowl, stir together the honey, vanilla, and almond butter.
3. Using a wooden spoon or rubber spatula mix the flour mixture together with the almond butter mixture.
4. Next, stir in the chocolate chips and chopped cherries until all are mixed in.
5. Finally, shape into 10-12 bite-sized balls.
--Make sure you refrigerate any leftovers in a zip-lock bag or airtight container.

Serving Size: Makes 10 to 12 bite-sized balls.
