Ingredients

6.25 oz 1% milk (scalded and cooled)
1.7 oz granulated sugar
1.9 oz margarine, melted
.125 oz yeast
2 oz warm water
7 oz all-purpose flour
.03 oz salt
.03 oz baking powder
.03 oz baking soda
Directions
Add sugar, margarine, yeast and water to the hot milk, stirring. Let stand 10 minutes.
Sift the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Beat in the liquid mixture, and knead until smooth and supple, about 10 minutes.
Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm spot 1 hour.
Turn out onto floured board, knead about 30 seconds.
Form into to rolls, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Let rise, covered, 2 hours.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
