Ingredients

16 ounces Talapia or Sea Bass
2 Tbsp scallions, sliced
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
2 Tbsp Lemongrass, thinly julienned (white only)
4 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp Low sodium Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp Honey
2 tsp Sesame Seeds, toasted
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients except the fish. Pour mixture over fish and marinate for at least 1 hour for full flavor. Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
