Ingredients

    pitted dates chopped 1 cup
    tahini 1 tbsp
    dried or raw unsweetened coconut .33 cup
    hemp hearts 1.5 tbsp
    cocoa powder 1 tbsp

    Add any additional nuts or seeds that you might like.Almonds, walnuts, chia seeds... if you need more moisture after adding extra things, you can add a little bit more tahini. Keep in mind this will change the nutritional info.

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blended, except for a tablespoon or two of coconut. Blend until crumbly and easy to form into balls. Make balls from the mixture using no more than 1 tbsp mixture per ball. Roll in remaining coconut and enjoy!
