    1.5 cups quick oats
    .5 c sugar
    .5 c. milk
    .25 c. margarine melted
    1 egg
    1 t. baking powder
    .75 t . salt
    1 t. vanilla


Combine ingredients and mix well. Spread into greased pie pan .
Bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 mins.

    I used 1/3 cup of brown sugar to see if I could get away with less sugar & used butter, since I don't have margarine & also added .5 tsp of cinnamon to the mix. Tasty breakfast!! Will make again.. Thanks! - 6/14/10

  • When I used the recipe makeover it still shows the original recipe even though it confirmed the deletion and addition of the ingredients I changed. Did I miss a "Save" button?

    I loved this recipe! I refridgerated the servings and they stayed nice and moist several days latter. I will make this recipe again. - 2/26/11
