Ingredients

    1.75 lbs NY Sirloin
    2 Carrots
    1 Onion
    3 Mushrooms
    1.5 Cups beef broth
    Rutabaga (.85 lbs)
    2 TBSP Minced garlic
    1 TBSP olive oil
    2 TBSP tomato paste
    1 lb frozen peas
    2 pie crust (store bought, roll out)

Tips

The rutabaga can be replaced with a couple parsnips.

Cheese or bacon can always be a great addition.


Directions

1. Mix beef and vegetables and brown with oil
2. Add in most other ingredients and simmer for 30-40 minutes
3. Take off burner and mix in mushrooms and frozen peas
4. Spoon into pie crust
5. Add top pie crust
6. Bake for 40 minutes at 400
7. Remove and enjoy!
