Ingredients

    2 cups fresh basil
    6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
    1 cup fresh parmesan
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1 cup olive oil
    salt and pepper

Directions

Pulse first five ingredients in a food processor or blender. Slowly add oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Keeps in refrigerator for 2 weeks.

Serving Size: Makes 28 1 Tbsp. servings (total recipe=1.75 cups)
