Introduction

This is a basic muffin mix. Add your favorite toppings and fillers to make it unique. This is a basic muffin mix. Add your favorite toppings and fillers to make it unique.

Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1/4 cup flax seed meal
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 cup applesauce, unsweetned
    1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
    2 Tsp. Baking Soda
    2 eggs, beaten

Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Mix four, baking soda, and flax see meal in medium bowl. Comine sugars, apple sauce, egg and vanilla and mix well. Incorporate wet ingredients into dry.

Optional: I would suggest dried fruit, banana, cranberries, raspberries or anything you like to make them special.
