Ingredients

    1 pound watermelon
    1 pound ripe tomatoes
    1 green bell pepper (large)
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    1/2 cup Rose of Pinot Noir (or other dry Rose)

Directions

Serve cold with garnishes as desired.
