Ingredients

    12 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 can corn, drained
    I can black beans, drained
    i can diced green chiles
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 packet taco seasoning mix
    diced onion
    salt and pepper if wanted

Directions

Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on high 1 hour. then on low until chicken is cooked through.

After chicken cooks, take chicken out and shred it. Place back in slow cooker and let cook for another 10 min.


Serve with sour cream or cheese if wanted. Pasta or rice.
