Ingredients

    1 Cup Almond Milk
    1 Tbsp Vinegar
    1 Cup Cornmeal
    1 Cup Spelt
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 Tbsp Sugar
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Tips

The mix should be like doug, you may need less milk to ensure this happens


Directions

Preheat oven 180C
Combine Milk & Vinegar and let srand
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
Add milk mix and oil to dry mix
Spray muffin tins or 9 inch baking dish
Bake 25 to 30 minutes

Serving Size: 6 muffins
