Ingredients

    1.5 cups unsweetened pumpkin
    4oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
    1 cup Plain 0% Greek yogurt
    2 tbsp Truvia/stevia

Tips

try using different flavors of greek yogurt and change the pumpkin to apples or strawberries-pureed in food processor.


Directions

Blend all ingredients in a medium bowl. Divide evenly 4-6 small bowls
Refrigerate-1-4 hours before serving.
