Ingredients

    1 Tbs olive oil
    3/4 lb skinless, boneless organicchicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 c onion, chopees
    3 garlic cloves minced
    1/3 c low sodium barbeque sauce
    15 oz low sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 c organic reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 whole wheat tortillas
    1/4 c organic nonfat plain greek yogurt

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, onion and garlic; cook 8 minutes or until chicken is done, stirring constantly. Stir in barbeque sauce and beans. Sprinkle with cheese; cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Warm tortillas in skillet until lightly brown. Spoon about 1/2 chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; top each with 1 Tbs of Greek yogurt and roll up.
