Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece, cooked, excluding refuse (yi (remove)
Beans, red kidney, 1 cup (remove)
*Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup (remove)
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Campbell's Cream of Chicken with Herbs (1 can), 1 serving (remove)
Barilla Whole Grain Penne, 7 serving (remove)
Garlic, 4 tsp (remove)
*Cumin seed, .2 tsp (remove)
*Onion powder, .2 tsp (remove)
Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, .2 tsp (remove)
*Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Cut several 1-2 inch slits into the top of the pork.
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the pork so it runs down into the slits and over the pork in general.
Spread the minced garlic over the face of the pork, pushing some/quite a bit into the slit pockets you cut earlier.
Add water around the pork.
Season pork with onion powder, black pepper, ground cumin seed and ground cinnamon.
Drain and add kidney beans and green beans around pork.
Add cream of chicken soup with Herbs over the beans and water mostly.
Cover and set on High 6 hours.
Prior to serving, cut pork into smallish chunks, apx. 8 to 16 depending on how small ya wanna make 'em.
Boil water and cook pasta.
