Ingredients

    rotini pasta (whole package)
    2 cups mozzarella cheese
    2 cups nonfat cottage cheese
    1 can kidney beans
    1 large 4lb size spaghetti sauce
    11/2 cups frozen chopped spinach
    10 frozen meatballs

Directions

place all ingredients in a deep casserole dish, pasta can be uncooked. Mix it all together. Bake covered for one hour or until pasta is fully cooked.
