Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Use a 10 serving container of liquid egg whites and two large eggs. Slice up peppers, jalapeno and zucchini (you can use ANY kind of veggies you want) add any spices to your liking. Add salsa. I use pepper.


Directions

Blend in blender for 15 seconds. Spray muffin tin with non-stick Olove Oil Spray and pour into cups.Line muffin pan with one slice of ham, pour "batter" iside lined cups. Cook in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes (or to your liking) Let cool for 10 minutes before eating. You can refrigerate these and take them on the go, eat cold or heat them up.

Serving Size: Makes 12 "muffin" size quiche
