Introduction

Healthy morning pancakes with agave syrup and yogurt. Healthy morning pancakes with agave syrup and yogurt.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    .5 cup milk
    .5 cup yogurt
    2 Tbsp agave nectar
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 cup flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp salt

    extra seasoning as desired (cinnamon, vanilla, etc)

Directions

Mix eggs, milk, olive oil and agave nectar in medium bowl (with any additional wet flavoring ingredients like vanilla, lemon peel, etc), then add the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, salt, and any additional dry flavorings you want (cinnamon, cocoa powder, etc). Mix well. Batter should be pourably thin. Cook in pan with a few drops of olive oil, on first side until the bubbles beging to pop, and then quickly on the other side.

Serving Size: makes 3 servings of 3 pancakes each
