Introduction

Great way to start the day for people that prefer to drink breakfast. Great way to start the day for people that prefer to drink breakfast.

Ingredients

    1 cup peeled and sliced apple
    half cup of skim milk
    6 oz container of lowfat vanilla yogurt (I like to use greek but any works)
    2 tbsp dry oats
    1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 packet of instant coffee (this adds my caffeine fix)
    1 big handful of fresh spinach.
    ice (optional, makes thicker and colder)

Directions

Whirl in a blender, enjoy.
