Introduction
This casserole is filling, creamy and mouth watering. This casserole is filling, creamy and mouth watering.Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients

1 cup Garden Rotini
1 Package Bird’s Eye Asian Medley Vegetables
Sauce:
¼ cup Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup
2 tbsp Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
¼ cup Skim Milk
½ tsp Oregano
¼ tsp Basil
½ tsp Garlic
¼ tsp salt
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 Degrees.
Prepare Rotini (al dente) and Vegetables per package instructions.
Wisk together all Sauce ingredients directly in to a casserole baking dish (I used 2 smalls ones so I could freeze one serving for later in the week), add in the pasta and vegetables and stir. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over evenly over the casserole.
Bake for 7-9 minutes.
