Ingredients

    2 tablespoons flour
    4 teaspoons sugar
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    2 teaspoons cocoa powder
    1 pinch salt
    2 tablespoons milk
    3/4 teaspoon oil
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Tips

Very good with raspberry or cherry preserves on top.


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients. Add milk, vanilla extract and oil and until well blended. Spray a microwave-safe cup with cooking spray. Pour batter into cup.

Microwave at full power for 1 minute. Cook in 15 second increments until done.

    Loved this. I was out of eggs and wanted something sweet, but not much. Fast to make. I used a ramkin dish instead of a mug. It only took 50 seconds and was perfectly done. I surrounded it in a bowl with Reddi-Wip.....yum. Less than 200 calories and I'm satisfied. It has a nice flavor.
