Ingredients

    1 Onion Chopped
    1 lb Medium Shrimp, peeled & deveined
    2 Cans (10.75 oz each) Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
    2 Cups Milk
    1 11 oz Can Mexicorn
    1 tsp. Herb Chicken Seasoning

Directions

Coat medium pot with cooking spray. Cook onion over medium heat, stirring, until softened. Add shrimp; cook, stirring, until thoroughly heated (or opaque if using raw shrimp). Stir in soup, milk, corn, and seasoning. Cook, stirring until heated through. Serve with Oyster Crackers.
