Introduction

Multicolored and seasoned fingerling potatoes, oven roasted. Multicolored and seasoned fingerling potatoes, oven roasted.

Ingredients

    1 pkg. (1 1/2 pounds) Southwind Farms Fingerling Potatoes
    1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    1 Teaspoon dried Rosemary
    1 Teaspoon dried Thyme
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    Freshly ground Black Pepper to taste

Tips

Adjust seasonings to personal taste.


Directions

Wash, dry and halve potatoes and place in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and toss to coat. Spread in single layer on a foil lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes until fork tender.
