Introduction
This is a delicious treat but should only be enjoyed in moderation because of the richness of it and sugar etc. I am working on a low glycemic version that I will post here when I am finished. Ingredients

Regular Coffee, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup
Whipped Cream 3 TBSP
Tips
Add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg for a nice holiday treat!
Directions
Prepare coffee (any dark but I recommend Starbucks Ground Espresso Coffee) at a ratio of 1.25 TBSP per 6 oz of water in your coffee maker.
In the mean time microwave or heat milk until steamed. (about 1.5 - 2 minutes for 8oz)
Put sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla in the cup, stir in warmed milk, then pour in 1/4 - 1/2 cup of prepared coffee, stir, and add your whipped cream on top.
Now it is time to ENJOY! This recipe makes one 8oz serving!
