Ingredients

    Canned Tomatoes, 4 cans
    *Fresh Zuchinni, quartered and diced, 1
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Mushrooms, canned, 2 cup or 1 pkg of fresh
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Ground beef, lean, 6 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Red Kidney Beans, 2 cans

Tips

Also have used protein (meat) substitute and no one knew. Really good as a vegetarian dish as well


Directions

Brown lean ground beef and add onions, garlic and celery. Saute and add remaining ingredients. Simmer to desired consistancy

Serving Size: Makes full large slow cooler; about 20 - 1 cup servings
