Ingredients

    2 2.5oz. packs of Cincinnati Chili mix.
    2 6oz. cans tomato paste
    3 lbs. low-fat ground beef (browned and drained)
    8 cups water
    1 10oz. can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes & green chilies
    15oz. can Black Beans (drained & rinsed) - optional
    1 cup shredded mild Colby or Cheddar cheese

Directions

Brown and drain grease from beef. Drain and rinse beans (if used). Put all ingredients (except cheese) into crock pot on High for 2 hours or on Low setting for 4-8 hours.

Serve hot with 1/8 cup shredded cheese sprinkled on top.
