    Reduced Sodium/No Fat Chicken or Vegetable Broth
    (1 box, 32 ounces)
    Herbs(fresh or dried)
    Dehydrated Onion flakes (1 tablespoon)
    Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
    Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
