Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed(remove)
*Chick Peas, 2 cup(remove)
Beans, black, 2 cup(remove)
*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 cup(remove)
*Del Monte Summer Crisp Corn (1/2 cup), 4 serving(remove)
*Jalepino Pepper - Fresh, 4 serving(remove)
Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped(remove)
Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped(remove)
Vegetable Broth, 2 cup(remove)
Directions
I used frozen chicken breasts. Put them on the bottom, dump the rest on top. Cut the jalepinos small and keep the seeds. Cook on high for 1 hour and then low for 6 hours. Shred chicken with a fork and serve!
