Ingredients

    12 corn tortillias
    2 large cannned chicken in water
    4 tbsp cream cheese
    Paprika - to taste
    Cumin - to taste
    1 7 oz can diced green chiles
    2 canned cream of chicken soup (98% fate free)
    1/2 cup milk
    1 pkg shredded cheese


Tips

When freezing, don't bake. Use freezer safe pan and prep to baking point, then seal and freeze. To bake, put on 350 still covered (will take about 40/45 mins).


Directions

Drain canned chicken, add cream cheese and spice with paprika and cumin. Add 2 spoon fulls of green chiles. Put mixture in tortillias in greased pan. Mix canned soup, milk and remaining green chiles, stir and pour on enchiladas. Bake covered at 350 for 30 mins. Add cheese leave uncovered and bake 5 more mins.
