Ingredients

    extra lean ground beef (1 pound)
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 onion
    1 cup butternut squash cubed
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 cup brussel sprouts, quartered
    1 large tin tomatoes
    4 cups water
    4 cups beef broth
    seasonings, such as oregano, parsley, basil, worcestershire sauce (2 tbs) and salt and pepper

Directions

brown onion and meat. add vegies, 4 cups of water, 4 cups of broth and 1 can tomatoes, plus seasonings such as oregano, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. bring to boil, turn down to low and stie once in awhile.
