Introduction

This recipe came from a Weight Watcher meeting. I added the carrots and put more onion in it. It is low in calorie and tasty. The best part is it is good for nine days but it probably won't last that long. It is not a creamy coleslaw. It does need to sit overnight for full flavor. This recipe looks so good! It probably wouldn't last 9 minutes in my house, and I'd eat it all myself! - 10/2/12
