Number of Servings: 4


    1 Package Knorr Nido Oriental Soup
    2 Cups or 10 oz. Package of Mixed Vegetables Frosen
    Frozen Broccoli 1/2 10oz package
    2 Eggs
    4 cups of water


Mix Knorr Nido soup mix with cold water. Mix well then add the rest of the water. Cook the soup base on medium heat. Stirring occasionally. Warm the frozen vegetables in the microwave and drain off excess water, or reduce the water in the soup by the amount in the vegetables. Bring soup to a full boil, stirring constantly for one minute. Add the eggs one at a time and stir into the boiling liquid. Reduce the heat and add warmed vegetables for a few minutes then serve.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1.5 to 2 cup servings
