Ingredients



    Mixed Vegetables (Corn ,Green Beans, Lima Beans, Peas, Carrots), 4 cups
    Beef, round steak, 3 oz
    Beef Bouillion Concentrate, 2 tsp
    Water, 4 cups
    Basil 1//2 TBSP
    Oregano, ground, 1/2 TBSP
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium pureed

Tips

We save all our left over fresh vegetables in a freezer container and use it for our soups. Saves money and is a healthier food.


Directions

Brown meat in a dutch oven. Add all vegetables. Mix bouillion with water and add to dutch oven. Add seasoning. Black pepper and salt to taste. Simmer over medium-low heat about an hour to allow flavors to mix.
