    3 bell peppers, any color
    2 large onions
    8 oz. mushrooms
    1.5 cup precooked rice
    5 large eggs


This can be used a a side dish or a stand alone meal.


Sautee onions and peppers half way
Add mushrooms
Add rice
Use enough water to heat mixture through
Add eggs, turn off heat
Fold together and eat
