Ingredients

12 oz. light, low fat peach yogurt
1 4-serving size box sugar-free peach Jello-O
2 T. mango or peach nectar
2 T. water
1 c. heavy cream
3 slices of peach for garnish
pumpkin pie spice and/or dashes of ginger, nutmeg & cinnamon.
Tips
If you stretch it into 8 1/2c. servings, each will have 128 calories; 11 gr. fat and 5 gr. carbs.
Directions
1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff.
2. Boil the nectar & water.
3. Dissolve Jello-O in the liquid.
4. Gently mix yogurt into Jell-O with a whisk.
5. Gently fold in whipped cream.
6. Divide into serving dishes; garnish with a half-slice of sugar-free canned peach & a dusting of pumpkin pie spice. Chill for at least an hour.
