This is simple to make, but it has a slaved-in-the-kitchen taste. It's also a great cholesterol buster, with no added fats and the health benefits of adding more fish to your diet! Ingredients

    2 flounder filets (4 oz. each)
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Directions

Preheat broiler to 400.

Mix honey and mustard in a small bowl.

Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Lay flounder filets flat on sheet. Using a pastry brush, coat each piece of flounder with honey-dijon sauce until sauce is gone.

Broil filets for abut 10 minutes or until the sauce has soaked in and the filets are flaky.

    This was really tasty! I "did" line the pan with foil and use nonstick spray, and it was great. Very easy and quick. - 1/25/08
