Ingredients

1 Whole Avocado
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 Tbsp of Lime Juice (1 Lime)
1/4 cup (2 oz.) of plain greek yogurt
2 Tbsp of shredded Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)
5.2 oz. of chunk light tuna (2-2.6 oz. pouches)
Tips
Add more or less cayenne pepper to taste.
Directions
-Combine avocado, tomatoes, onions, and Cayenne pepper in a medium bowl.
-Stir in cheese and microwave for 15-20 seconds.
-Stir in lime juice, yogurt, and tuna.
-Chill in refrigerator until cold or serve as is.
Serve on toasted bread, in a tortilla, or just by itself!
