Ingredients

    1 packet of Pioneer Brand Country Sausage Flavor Gravy Mix
    2 cups water
    1 package of Purnell's "Old Folks" Country Sausage (21 oz)

Tips

Do NOT drain fat down the sink. You will ruin your pipes. I save mine in a jar under the sink to dispose of later.


Directions

1. Brown sausage in skillet. Drain excess fat.

2. Boil 1+1/2 cups of water in a saucepan. Blend gravy mix with 1/2 cup of cool water in a bowl. Mix or whisk until lump free. Pour gravy mix into boiling water. Stir vigorously with a fork or whisk until thickened. Remove from heat.

3. Pour gravy over sausage and mix well.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings
