Ingredients

    Mrs Leeper's Organic Rice Vegetable Twists, 6 serving
    *Brown Rice Pasta Spirals Tinkyada dry, 8 oz
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 20 ounces
    Broccoli, fresh, 6 cup, chopped
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1.5 cup
    Minced Garlic, 5 tsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

Cut chicken breasts into small cubes
Brown chicken
Cut broccoli into very small pieces, mostly florets
Cook pasta per instructions, adding broccoli
Drain pasta broccoli mixture
Heat 2 TBSP EVVO
Brown 5 tsp minced garlic
Add chicken to minced garlic and stir till warm
Add pasta broccoli mixture
Add parmesan cheese
Toss to mix
Serve immediately
