Butter, unsalted, 1 cup (remove)
*Splenda, 1 cup
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
*Flour, white, 2.75 cup
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Sift flour and baking powder in a small bowl. Set aside. In a larger bowl, beat butter until soft and smooth. Add in splenda and beat to combine. Add egg and vanilla and beat until combined. Slowly add in flour mixture and beat until combined and dough is smooth.
Roll out dough to 1/3 inch thickness. Use a cookie cutter to make desired shapes. Place Cookies on baking sheet and bake for 6-9 minutes until beginning to brown on bottom or around edges. Do not overbake!! Makes about 2 dozen cookies
Cool on counter! :)
