Introduction
This was inspired by the Strawberry, Spinach, & Cottage Cheese Salad from Daisy®, but I am not big on vinagrettes or onions. This recipe can easily be altered by replacing the cottage cheese I used with your favorite low-fat or no-fat brand. Ingredients

6 ounces Leafy Green Lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
1 cup Cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 cup Strawberries, sliced
1 cup Cottage Cheese
Tips
This recipe can easily be altered by replacing the cottage cheese I used with your favorite low-fat or no-fat brand.
This recipe could also be easily divided into several servings and used as a side salad rather than a meal.
Directions
Rinse lettuce and tear into bite-size pieces. Arrange on plate(s) (see Tips).
Rinse, peel, and slice cucumber. Arrange on plate(s).
Destem, rinse, and slice strawberries. Arrange on plate(s).
Top with cottage cheese.
Enjoy!!!
