Introduction

A very basic whole wheat bread. A very basic whole wheat bread.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 0.33 tbsp (remove)
    Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup (remove)
    Yeast (baking) Fleischmann's Yeast (1/4 tsp), 1 serving (remove)
    Sugar, Domino light all natural sugar & stevia blend, 7.50 gram
    I forgot to also add a tsp. of salt. AND 1.5 cups of water.

Directions

Mix goods, let rise in an oiled bowl for 90 minutes. Kneed dough again, put in oiled bread pan and let it rise again for 90 minutes. Then in a 400 degree oven bake for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

Serving Size: 16 slices
