Ingredients

    4 cups of old fashioned oats
    1tbsp of honey
    1cup of shredded coconut
    1/2 cup of 60% dark chocolate chips
    2oz of almonds
    1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
    2 1/2 cups of tap water
    -or- for high protein bars
    1cup of liquid egg whites
    1 and 1/2 cup of water

Tips

You can use all kinds of frozen fuit or nuts for this recipe you don't need. If you want to add more sweetness use more honey. And to make it high in protein adjust the water to 1 1/2 cup and use 1cup of liquid egg whites. Enjoy!


Directions

Mix all dry ingredients first, following the water and honey. Water is best if used at room temperature.
Using your hands mix everything together creating a humid thick paste. Spray your baking pan with cooking spray and pour the mixture. Spread the mixture and bake for 15-25min at 350*or until mixture is dry and the sides are light golden brown.
